General Requirement: -

Voicemail: -

• IP based Communication Server should be a full-featured IP based communications system providing a rich feature set of the system, with pure Voice over IP (VoIP) communications, across corporate Local and Wide Area Networks (LAN and WAN).
• System Architecture should be latest pure IP and must be 19”Rack mount with 2U chassis based architecture
• The system should be full featured, modular and expandable for port capacity at least up to 896 extensions and 400 Trunks.
• Should be ROHS complied as green product with power saving
• System Architecture should have networking capability with (1+49) location with full feature enabled

System must have built-in features

v 4 party video conference (MCU) feature over intranet internet.

v Meet-me conference 32 party X 2 or 8 party X 4.

v 4 Mobile Client Users.

v Remote Conferencing 32 party X3 with password protection

v Built-in UC i.e. Instant Messaging, Presence, BLF outlook integration.

v The system should have 16 port Integrated voice mail and auto attendant system with minimum of 115 Hr. storage and capability to configure up to maximum of 896 mail boxes of varying size depending on individual user requirements.

v The Hardware/software required along with relevant authorized software shall be supplied.

v The cost should not include the license charges for Voice Mail implementation. In future this office will not buy any hardware for Voice Mail. Only extension wise license will be bought.

v Message wait notification on Digital Phones should be through visible notifications.

v Ring on no answer (Number of rings after which the call to be routed to voice mail is to be specified).

v Busy / do not disturb / on call forwarding to the respective user / time based transfer to voice mail.

v Personal Greetings: It should be possible to have different personal greetings for internal, external, and out of hours calls for the same voice mail- box.

v It should not use the same voice ports for different functions, thus reducing the actual number of ports effectively for the end user.
